Notice of ILLA General Assembly
We are delighted to announce the General Assembly which will be held in Kraków on Thursday, 21 September 2023, from 6.30 pm till 8.15 pm in Sala seminaryjna, Auditorium Maximum, at Krupnicza 33.
We invite you to help shape the future of ILLA which is transitioning from an informal association to a duly registered legal entity incorporated under Spanish law.
Agenda:
Election of tellers and minute taker Adoption of ILLA's new bylaws Election of ILLA's new governing bodies Decision on applying for the Valencia Region declaration of public utility or public interest Decision on membership fees Decision on scientific advisory board Any other business This General Assembly will vote on ILLA's bylaws and the other items identified on the agenda, thereby establishing ILLA as a legal entity and taking important decisions for its future. All those physically present at the Assembly will be eligible to take part in the voting. Those who cannot be present will have to renew their membership after the establishment of ILLA as a legal entity.
